The Hunter Group International, Inc., (HGI) was founded in February 1998 by Gina Davis, President. With over 20 years in the Executive Search Industry and a Masters Degree in Labor Relations from Rutgers University, her vision was to create a team of professional Executive Search Consultants with specialization and expertise in the mortgage industry. HGI’s mission is to partner with select lenders to become a key component contributing to their growth and success by orchestrating a targeted search and hiring process. We have developed an effective approach to yield optimal corporate performance through the acquisition of individual talent and teams.

The necessary key ingredients for a successful search process include: substantial and credible organizational and information resources, enlightened and aggressive outreach, full disclosure, and a proven process coupled with industry expertise.
